Matavia Solutions draws on Rachel’s extensive experience as Chief Executive Officer for a not-for-profit offering business start-up and development assistance where her role encompassed both operational and strategic objectives.
Matavia Solutions has delivered Arts Consultancy services to other companies, government and community organisations. Extensive experience in design, implementation, marketing and management of events as well as larger projects, research and analysis. Successfully ran a large ‘Women in Business’ network for 4 years with 6 events per annum.
Community Affairs and Public Relations: Extensive experience in ‘helping others’ to obtain their objectives. Strong understanding of groups making up a business organization both as members and non-members and the importance of other stakeholder groups in the LGA and beyond. Competent in Photoshop and writing Media Releases and promotions. Experienced in writing for local and national publications on a regular basis including e-newsletters, newspapers and magazines.
Administration Skills: Experienced in management of office infrastructure including strata management. Experienced in database, website and social media management. Experienced in finance and budget management, regular reporting and competent in all Microsoft office applications.
